Amy Stevens Adams


Chef Amy Stevens Adams graduated with a Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Hyde Park, New York, in 1998.
Subsequently, she pursued her Bachelor's in Entrepreneurship at Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island, with a concentration in Leadership Studies.

Her love of food began during her upbringing on her family's vineyard in Napa Valley, California. Frequent travels to Europe, especially France, Germany and Switzerland, cemented her love for fine pastry and chocolate.

In 2004 Chef Amy realized her dream of melding sugar and style to make one-of-a-kind culinary masterpieces. With an eye for clean lines, bold colors and whimsical touches, she will create an unforgettable showpiece for your wedding or event.
